B.E.S.T. Process Trace Minerals contains 77 plant-based minerals in a tiny form that our body can really use! Normally, we would get all the minerals we need from the 7-9 fruits and vegetables per day we all eat, right? ;) Well, even if you do eat that many (Good for you!!!), the soil where they grew probably doesn't contain the minerals it did years ago. Apples today contain up to 2/3 less iron than they did in 1940. Spinach contains 53% less potassium. You should still eat lots of fruits and veggies, and add trace minerals to your diet as well.
Trace minerals are different than taking calcium, magnesium or iron supplements. These are the smallest particles in nature's ratios and your body needs them to perform many cellular functions.
These functions include: oxygen delivery, protein utilization, burning of glucose, enzyme production, antioxidant protection, immune function, brain and nervous system electrical transmission, and all muscle function (including heart, bowels, etc.). Could you use a little help in any of these areas?
