I love to learn, contemplate, develop and share information on well-being. Our health depends on a balance of mental, emotional, structural and biochemical wellness. I'm fascinated by how these work together and aim to provide insight for others to improve their balance of these fundamentals.

Weight Loss

We're having another Vital Nutrition class this Saturday, April 2, at 9:00 a.m. Please call the clinic (371-3533) to register. It'll run about an hour with questions. It's so exciting to talk about the benefits of eating in a way that decreases inflammation, promotes healing and normalizes hormones!

We also have a 30-day program for weight loss and cellular detoxification. We'll be meeting for the next four weeks to keep you on track! Contact me with questions. This is a terrific program that'll really get you jump started for SUMMER!

Weight Loss

Dr. Berg and I went to Wisconsin yesterday to attend an amazing workshop on weight loss and cellular healing. I can't wait to start telling everyone about it at our class on February 16 called Vital Nutrition. If you can't lose weight, it probably isn't your fault. There are so many things going on at a cellular level that may have to be corrected. My husband Dave and I have been learning about the way food affects hormones for a few years now and I finally have 100% confidence in what to recommend to patients. It's one thing to try different "diets" for oneself but I don't ever want to recommend anything to patients unless the research and physiological explanation is there to back it up. Also, I didn't want to have to recommend products to patients in order for them to be able to follow a "diet". I just want to educate people on food choices and how it affects their bodies on a deep, cellular, functional level. But in order to heal yourself with food, you may have to address some issues at the cellular level simply because of the way we've eaten in the past and the things we've been exposed to as Americans. It's obvious that our country is one of the unhealthiest despite the fact that we have some of the best "healthcare".
